AstroNerdBoy [Off Topic] New Home Owner!
Hey gang! As this publishes, I will officially become a new home owner. (Lord willing, of course.) And with that, the next chapter of my life begins. Things will be interesting for sure. When I owned a condo, an expensive HOA dealt with most problems that one might encounter. (Windows, roof, yards, etc.) Now, all of that will be my responsibility. And I’ll have to cut grass again, something I’ve not done since I was 19.
Anyway, I’m really looking forward to getting settled in the new place. My new office is getting set up so that I have more room to work. Should make video recording a bit easier. Also, I’ll have a gym, so no excuses not getting on the treadmill and walking! 😂
I’ll try to get the new Urusei Yatsura video up by Friday. I have one final, major work project to get through this week. Then I’m off for a couple of weeks doing stuff with the new place. So I might get behind on posts (or rather, further behind than normal). But I wanted to let you all know what’s up.
